Message from the Head of NCSA International Relations Committee, Natalia Baranyuk
Dear NCSA Members!
NCSA International Relations Committee was established in November 2022.
The Committee mission is to promote NCSA interests in the international corporate governance community, exchange ideas and practices with the aim to develop recommendations and corporate governance standards for the companies of our country.
NCSA should take its rightful place among international and national corporate governance organizations to participate in conferences and other types of activity, that affect the matters of cooperation and development of all forms of public diplomacy.
The Committee defined the following goals:
- involvement of international participants into discussions on corporate governance issues and search for new efficient forms of cooperation in the CG area;
- drafting analytical and information materials on CG systems in other countries;
- conduct of joint surveys; as well as
- organizing meetings with professionals on the sites of Corporate Secretaries Club and NCSA Forum of Corporate Secretaries.
We would need your assistance and support to implement these plans! Simply put, your bright heads, magic hands and ideas!

About the Committee
Since 2020, NCSA determined to expand its international connections and establish partnership relations with international and national corporate secretaries’ professional associations and corporate governance organizations.
NCSA Forums of Corporate Secretaries were attended by representatives of the World Bank, Financial Reporting Council (FRC), ISS Corporate Solutions, International Finance Corporation (IFC, WorldBankGroup).
In 2021 NCSA also held a number of events in partnership with the Corporate Secretaries International Association Limited (CSIA, https://csiaorg.com) and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI, https://www.icsi.edu)
In 2022 NCSA Forum of Corporate Secretaries was first attended by the representatives of China, Turkey, Iran and Panama.
In 2022 NCSA established the International Relations Committee and the NCSA Board appointed its Head – Natalia Baranyuk.

10.03.2023 The NCSA is determined to cooperate with the institutions of the Islamic Republic of Iran, responsible for corporate governance in Iranian organizations.
