Corporate secretaries Club

In 2017 NCSA organized a new platform for sharing experiences and holding discussions – the Corporate Secretaries Club.

In a more chamber-like and democratic atmosphere than at the Forum NCSA members discuss practical problems of activity and the Club’s program regularly includes:

– master classes from leading corporate secretaries about their experience in solving certain tasks;
– round tables on the practical application of the innovations of corporate legislation, development of the institute of corporate secretary, etc;

– discussions on projects for the development of corporate legislation;

– meetings with representatives of the regulator, authors of draft laws, professional securities market participants, and other experts of interest to the corporate secretary.

Till 2020, the Club meetings were held in a face-to-face format with simultaneous online broadcasting of the meeting for out-of-town NCSA members. In 2020, the Club continued its work by moving to an online format. Our choice for the future is a mixed Club format that allows all NCSA members to participate in the meeting regardless of location.
